On Thursday, November 24, the annual conference of the Catalunya Europa Foundation - Llegat Pasqual Maragall was held in the auditorium of the RBA publishing house in Barcelona.

Under the title "The challenges of Europe in a new geopolitical context" a dialogue took place between:

• Eugeni Bregolat, former ambassador of Spain in Russia and China. 
• Josep M. Lloveras, former European Union ambassador in the Central African Republic, Serbia and Montenegro.

The dialogue was moderated by Neus Tomàs, deputy director of elDiario.es and member of the Board of the Catalunya Europa Foundation.
