The Catalunya Europa Foundation and the Banco Sabadell Foundation present the seventh edition of the Europe 21st Century Award, which this year broadens the topics of interest and increases the economic endowment to € 10,000.

The Europe 21st Century Award recognizes works that have an original analytical approach, aimed at knowing and understanding the future of Europe and its governance in a globalized and interdependent world. The research must be related on European subjects and the work that covers training and work, environmental sustainability, science and technology, social, political, economic and cultural Europe will be valued especially.

Applicants to the award must be under 45 and citizens or residents of the European Union. Investigations may come from doctoral theses, master theses and other non-awarded research, as long as they have not been published outside the academic field. Searches can be submitted in Catalan, Spanish or English.

Work may be submitted until 28th February, 2019.
