This synthesis has been made from the debate developed with the researcher Leila Hadj Abdou in the cycle of conferences "For an intercultural future" of the Re-City project, which consisted of a public conference, a seminar with participants from the academic world of Catalonia and a lunch that brought together diverse personalities from the economic, social, political and business world of Catalonia. The set of activities was held in Barcelona, at the Palau Macaya, in January 2020.
