Prepared by the Fundació Catalunya Europa in collaboration with the Greens / ALE group in the European Parliament, the policy paper "Study of the cultural expenditure of Europe and the member states during the crisis 2007-2014" wants to formulate a series of recommendations to contribute to the debate on how to guarantee access to culture for all European citizens with equity. They are developed from the collection and analysis of data.
