In this axis, the main future challenges in the provision of urban public services and goods have been analyzed; the management of informal urban settlements and the phenomenon of slums; urban planning and compact or diffuse city models; the use and management of public space; the efficiency of public services; social exclusion and poverty; and inequalities and urban segregation.
