Prepared by the Fundación Catalunya Europa with the support of the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament, the policy paper "Which Fiscal Union should be optimal for Europe?"wants to contribute to the European debate on greater fiscal integration defining what should be its features and whether we should go forward or not on a "transfer union".
