Early school leaving and quality of government in European regions



The study analyzes the relationship between the level of formal education in the countries of the European continent and the quality of their governments. A quantitative analysis establishes a correlation between early school drop-outs and government quality indicators. The present study analyzes a sample of 272 regions of European countries that have consolidated democracies.
