This document is based on the analysis of social progress in Catalonia based on the European Social Progress Index (EU-SPI) to try to find out what is the situation of the demarcation of Lleida and its regions and municipalities where Catalonia has a greater deficit of social progress : Education, Housing and Democratic Quality. In 2018, the Catalonia Europe Foundation published a study on social progress in the demarcation of Girona based on a similar methodology.
